Sponsorship Opportunities Available for Vendors, Firms, and Associations

Heartland Paralegal Association relies on the support of legal vendors, associations, and firms to host our Annual Paralegal Fall Seminar.  Proceeds from our seminar are used to promote the paralegal profession in the Kansas City area, to provide scholarships for area paralegal programs, and to offer reimbursement opportunities for HPA paralegal members who are awarded the Certified Paralegal CP credential from NALA.  Will you consider supporting us this year?

Exhibiting Vendor, Bar Association, or Firm:

• HPA provides a table in the exhibit area for seminar for promotional materials and logo merchandise giveaways. Prize entry slips with attendee contact information will be provided for any giveaways vendor brings. (Exhibit vendors should arrive by 7:50 a.m. for set-up and usually pack up after the last break around 2:30 p.m.)
  
• Lunch for 2
  
• Half-page advertisement in seminar program books.  May be upgraded to full page for an additional $50.00.
  
• Logo and sponsorship acknowledgement in other seminar advertising.
  
• Social media recognition as seminar sponsor.

• Company logo printed in list of sponsors in program materials.  May be upgraded to 1/2 page add for $50.00.

Prize Donations: 

Door prizes for seminar attendees are accepted and appreciated, and may be given in addition to any sponsorship above.  Donor will be acknowledged at time of prize drawing

• Sponsor a table for HPA's Annual Charity - Your company or firm name will appear in advertising as the sponsor for the charity, and signage will be posted on table. - $200.00

Exhibitors and Sponsors are responsible for providing logo and/or ad materials prior to October 18, 2019 for inclusion in the seminar books.
