Speaker:  Timothy J. Mudd, Mudd Law Firm

Tim Mudd is an AV-rated attorney with more than 23 years of trial experience.  He has protected his clients through countless jury trials held in the federal and state courts across Missouri and Kansas, and his clients'​ courtroom successes are due in large part to Mudd providing clients with individualized, one-on-one legal representation. Mudd's civil practice focuses on defending people and organizations being sued for claims including wrongful death, alleged civil rights violations, brain injuries, punitive damages and personal injury.
