  • Open to non-member paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, legal administrators, and other legal support staff. PARALEGAL STUDENTS SHOULD USE THE DISCOUNTED STUDENT NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION TYPE.

  • Must be currently enrolled in a paralegal program of study to receive this price.

10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. - Ethics for the Paralegal - James Morrow, Morrow Willnauer Klosterman & Church 

11:45 a.m. Lunch, door prizes, and vendor booths

1:00 p.m.  to 2:15 p.m. - A Paralegal's Role in Jury Selection - The Honorable Paul C. Gurney, Johnson County District Court

2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. - Session IV - Employment - FLSA and the Paralegal, Kathy Rodriguez, U.S. Department of Labor.

3:45 - Closing Remarks.
