Speaker:   Stan Bachman, Morefield Speicher Bachman, LC

Stan Bachman is an attorney and a founding member of Morefield Speicher Bachman, LC.  Stan spent 25 years as a business owner and commercial general contractor in Kansas City before being called to the practice of law.  He focuses his current practice in the areas of construction law, business formations, and business litigation.  He earned a Bachelor's in Construction Science from Kansas State University, an MBA from Rockhurst University, and his Juris Doctorate from University of Kansas Law School.  

In this presentation you will learn:

  • Time limitations for filing mechanic's liens in KS and MO
  • Dotting the I's and crossing the T's - the required language
  • Applicable statutes

NALA - 1 credit hour

Any registrant unable to attend must cancel no later than 10:00 a.m Thursday, May 7, 2015.  If a reservation is not canceled by the deadline, full payment for the meeting is required.
