Membership meeting reservations are due by noon Friday, January 9, 2015.  HPA is responsible for full payment based on final registrant count submitted. Any registrant unable to attend must cancel no later than noon Friday, January 9, 2015.  If a reservation is not canceled by the deadline, full payment for the meeting is required.
